Space Use Guidelines In order to preserve the lobby and theater for the safety and comfort of the audience, we ask that artists and staff observe the following guidelines: - Additional seating may be provided if the event that your production is sold out. Maximum seating 502.
- No food or beverages (except bottled water) inside the theater, unless inside catering is provided. Eating and drinking is allowed in the lobby or outside the building.
- Alcohol cannot be sold or provided in the facility by anyone other than a Beyond The Stars Palace representative. Beyond the Stars Palace reserves the right to sale or distribute alcohol within our premises. - Construction may only take place on the stage or outside the building.
- Theater seats may only be used for sitting or placing light objects (jackets, scarves, etc.).
- Do not allow younger artists to run in the theater. The theater is not a playground.
- Perimeter doors must remain closed and locked unless you are currently loading in or have a representative in the lobby to ensure that no unauthorized personnel enter the building. This is for the safety of other building tenants, as well as your artists and their belongings.
- Do not thumb-tack, tape or staple materials to the walls in the theater, lobby or dressing rooms. If you need to post something, please see a Beyond The Stars Theater representative for assistance.
- Do not write on the walls of the facility.
Video Recording: - To guarantee safe emergency exit routes during all performances and maintain unobstructed sight lines for our audience members, audio and/or video recording will not be permitted in the theatre aisles.
